Mount Miguel High School is a public, comprehensive high school located in Spring Valley, California and serves over 2,000 students in grades nine through twelve. Opened in 1957, Mount Miguel is the fourth of twelve high schools constructed in the Grossmont Union High School District. MMHS is the home of the Matadors.
Mount Miguel High School is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and is a 1990 California Distinguished School.

Mount Miguel's athletic teams, the Matadors, compete in the North League of the Grossmont Conference and the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) - San Diego Section.
